Atypical small Art Nouveau furniture in solid cherry wood, using the bamboo design of the 1900s.
This unusual piece of furniture by its design and the type of wood used for its realization has a drawer in belt, furnished with a square on each side and a rectangle in the center. These are in relief thanks to the half-mouldings imitating bamboo. This original drawer has 2 original brass knobs.
Underneath we discover a framed door with its recessed panel, dressed in the circumference of a quarter round in the bamboo taste. This door is decorated with an original brass knob and a latch. Inside, we can note the presence of an adjustable shelf on rack.
On each side of the door, a finely carved pilaster brings balance and harmony to the whole.
This beautiful piece of furniture rests on a projecting plinth, dressed with the same plant decoration and supported by two “ball” feet in front.
The top is made of 3 solid cherry wood elements that are well joined.

With its ideal size, its plant design representative of the Art Nouveau movement, this unusual piece of furniture will become an asset in a warm and refined room.

This Danish sideboard made of teak has three lockable doors and was professionally processed.

This sideboard made of oak produced by Dyrlund has slat doors on the left and right side. In the middle, four drawers offer a lot of storage space. This sideboard was also professionally processed.

A truly fine low sideboard with focus on great quality and craftmanship. Beautiful nutwood veeners and a simple clean look. Made by a Danish cabinetmaker in 1950s. The overall impression is really good.

The design reminds of the work from Ole Wanscher for A.J. Iversen.

William Watting was an architect / designer of American origin but living in Denmark.
